　　原始社会的人们生活非常艰苦，在恶劣的环境中能够繁衍壮大，说明人体本身具有一定的抵抗外力创伤和病毒侵害的机能。然而，随着生活条件的逐步改善，人体的这种机能也随之在退化。目前医学上通常采用注射疫苗的方式来激活人体的某种免疫能力，那么，如何激活人体抵抗外力创伤的原始潜能呢？跟注射疫苗的性质一样，对人体施加相应的外力来激活，所谓相应的外力即接近受伤的外力。我经常用拳头击打徒弟的右肩窝处来激发他们的抗打能力，其实最好是在实战锻炼中激发，经常挨打就会变成“滚刀肉”。
