　　最近，在QQ上有个武术爱好者让我给他参谋一下：练截拳道好还是练散打好？
　　我说：如果你在截拳道与散打之间做选择的话，建议你练散打。因为散打的实战训练要比截拳道多，截拳道的实战训练很少，实战训练少实战能力提高的就慢。还有就是截拳道的警戒式强侧前置的原则太教条，违反了“法无定法，随机应变”的原则，而散打的架势要比截拳道灵活得多，适应性比较强，所以建议你选练散打。然而，这两种武技距防身抗暴的要求还有一定的差距，如果你想防身的话，这两种武技可能都救不了你。以上建议仅供参考！
