　　有些拳击爱好者经常贬低跆拳道，说跆拳道（WTF）是残疾人的运动。其实，这是乌鸦笑猪黑，半斤对八两，彼此彼此。拳击和跆拳道都是单一技法的竞技搏击运动，一个用拳，一个用腿。拳击对跆拳道，近距离拳击优势大，远距离跆拳道优势大。然而，拳击和跆拳道这两种武技都很难战胜拳加腿的武技，比如：泰拳、散打、截拳道等，其原因很简单，就是因为拳击和跆拳道都是单一技法的武技，单一技法的武技很难与综合技法的武技抗衡。
